To create this project, we ordered decor elements from all over Russia. We were preparing for the project for a couple of weeks, a month we needed to approve everything and a week to install. Our task was to arrange 9 sites in a variety of styles, since each location was different in theme and related to a particular country. Guests arriving at the hotel this week could plunge into the atmosphere of the holiday of different countries: Russia, Brazil, Japan, Greece, Switzerland. For the promenade we needed to prepare decorations in the style of Brazil's Carnival, and we ordered 9000 packages of tinsel which decorated all the roofs and arbors. We hung more than 1000 meters of flags above the promenade with the flags of Brazil, and our props made manually a large toucan, which greeted guests on the welcome zone. For the next location - the Japanese Garden - we ordered 200 Japanese lanterns of different sizes - from 20 to 35 cm in height; we mounted two tables with Japanese fan designs that stood at the entrance to the hotel's Japanese garden. For location in the style of Greece at the fountain our props made foam columns in the Greek style, which we placed around the perimeter of the square with a fountain, and also we decorated the bar. On the 1st floor of the hall we designed a platform in the Russian style. The props made two matryoshkas that were 3-4 meters high, each of which was painted manually. On the street around the large pool of the hotel we placed 8 lights, 210 cm high, and for boat trips we ordered 3 boats, restored them and put them into the water. Near the pool, we set up a photo zone with a carriage, which we rented from another city. Our task was to show the elements of palace Russia.
